Current public preview

TinyDeskAI at desktinyai.com is developing an original fictional-character, cartoon, and pet performance-video tool. Video generation and checkout are closed. Browsing the site does not submit a generation job to KIE or make a payment through Waffo.

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests and operational logs, which can contain an IP address, requested URL, browser information, timestamps, and errors. We use these records to operate the website, investigate failures, and prevent misuse.

If you use account features, we process the profile, email address, authentication records, and session information needed for your account. If you choose Google sign-in, Google also processes that authentication and provides the profile information needed to sign you in. Account records are stored in Cloudflare D1. Available file-storage features use Cloudflare R2 for files and D1 for metadata. Uploading a file to account storage is separate from submitting it for generation.

Support, refund, content-report, and appeal messages contain the contact details and information you choose to send. We use them to investigate and respond. Do not include passwords, API keys, illegal sexual material, or unnecessary identity documents.

Planned generation and moderation

The intended generation provider is KIE, using Kling 4.0 Reference To Video (kling-4.0/reference-to-video). When generation is enabled, the permitted character or pet photos, reference material, and instructions needed for your request will be sent to KIE and the model providers involved in that job.

Before opening generation, the service must screen generation text with Waffo Prompt Sift and review outputs before delivery. The planned workflow will send the text needed for that safety check to Waffo and the media needed for output review to the selected review service. That output-review service has not yet been selected or integrated. We will update this notice with its identity and handling before enabling it.

Task parameters, status, results, usage records, and moderation decisions may be retained to deliver the service, return allowances for failed jobs, investigate reports, and recover interrupted tasks. These are planned processing steps, not a claim that generation or moderation is already running.

The launch scope does not accept real-person photos or voices as generation material. Do not submit someone else's likeness, including celebrities or public figures.

Planned payments

Waffo Pancake is the intended Merchant of Record when checkout opens. It will process the purchase information required for payment, receipts, applicable taxes, and refunds. TinyDeskAI will use the order reference and status, account identifier, and purchased and remaining video allowances to provide the service and apply the refund policy. Checkout is currently closed.

Retention and your choices

We use information to deliver requested features, maintain accounts, provide support, protect the service, and investigate misuse. You keep your rights in uploaded material; using a feature does not give us permission to publish your private uploads as advertising or public examples.

No fixed retention period has been published for all preview data. Provider retention and training conditions must be confirmed before generation opens. We do not promise that all providers delete inputs within a particular period or never use them for training.

Use available account or file deletion controls, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. We may verify your identity first. Account deletion does not necessarily remove operational logs, relevant transaction or moderation records, or provider-held copies immediately.

The preview has no configured advertising or analytics tracking. Browser storage is described in the Cookie Policy. We will update this page before materially changing the described processing.
