TinyDeskAI service terms, one-time video packs, refund policy, and acceptable use policy.
The service and current availability
TinyDeskAI at desktinyai.com is developing a tool for creating original desk-performance videos from original fictional characters, cartoons, or pets. Video generation and checkout are currently closed. The offers below describe the planned paid service, not a purchase or generation option available today.
The planned generation provider is KIE, using Kling 4.0 Reference To Video (kling-4.0/reference-to-video). This is a third-party model integration, not a model we created. TinyDeskAI is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by KIE, Kling, NPR, or the official Tiny Desk series.
The service will not offer real-person face swapping, celebrity impersonation, or fabricated speech or actions attributed to real people.
Accounts
Provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. Do not access another person's account, bypass restrictions, disrupt the service, or upload harmful files. We may restrict accounts to address misuse, security issues, or violations of these terms.
One-time video packs
The planned packs are:

There is no subscription, automatic renewal, or automatic top-up. No free generation allowance has been announced. Supported video settings and any applicable tax will be shown before a future purchase. We do not currently promise a fixed duration, completion time, or exact output.
When checkout opens, Waffo Pancake is the intended Merchant of Record for these purchases. Entering a checkout page alone will not establish that an order was paid. The service will show the generation allowance required before submission. A clearly failed generation will return the allowance used for that task.
Refunds and cancellations
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the entire pack remains unused. A failed generation whose allowance has been returned does not count as a used video. Once any video in the pack has been used, that pack does not qualify for this unused-pack refund.
Contact support@desktinyai.com from your purchase email and include the order reference. We will verify the order and usage and handle an eligible refund through the payment provider. No specific refund-processing time is promised. There is no recurring plan to cancel.
Checkout is currently closed, so these terms do not indicate that TinyDeskAI is already collecting payments.
Your material and permission
Use only original fictional characters, cartoons, or pet material that you own or have permission to use. This permission must cover the images, video, music, and other material included in the requested result. Do not submit real-person photos or voices for generation, including celebrities, public figures, or another person's likeness. Consent does not permit the prohibited face-swap or impersonation features.
You keep your rights in your submitted material. You permit TinyDeskAI and the providers needed to deliver your request to store, copy, transmit, and process that material only for providing and supporting that request. This does not authorize us to turn your private uploads into public examples or advertising.
Acceptable use
This policy applies to inputs, uploads, generated results, and content shared through the service. The following six categories are prohibited:
- Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, pornography, sexually suggestive material, sexual exploitation, and non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including synthetic intimate images.
- Violence or gore: graphic injury, torture, threats, encouragement of self-harm, terrorism, or instructions facilitating serious violence or weapons of mass destruction.
- Hate speech: hateful abuse, dehumanization, or incitement targeting protected groups.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM): child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, or other child exploitation or grooming.
- Deepfakes or impersonation: real-person face swapping or face manipulation, fabricated speech or conduct by a real person, celebrity or political impersonation, and fabricated intimate interactions, even with consent.
- Copyright or trademark infringement: unlicensed characters, footage, music, logos, or other material that violates another party's rights.
Fraud, deceptive endorsements, harassment, malware, and attempts to bypass content restrictions are also prohibited. Do not present AI-generated media as authentic footage of an event.
Moderation before generation opens
Generation is not connected in this preview, and Prompt Sift and generated-output moderation are not yet operating as a production workflow. Opening generation requires both:
- Screening generation text through Waffo Prompt Sift before any model request. Only an explicit allow result may continue; a block, review, error, or unavailable service must stop the request.
- Reviewing generated output before displaying or delivering it. Unapproved results must not be delivered directly from the model.
The launch workflow must also enforce source restrictions, maintain content filters, and retain moderation decisions for investigation. These are launch requirements, not a claim that the checks are already implemented or that every unsafe result can be detected.
Reports, enforcement, and appeals
Report prohibited content, NCII, or rights concerns to support@desktinyai.com. Include the relevant page, task or order reference if available, your reason, and enough information to locate the content. Do not email copies of illegal sexual material or unnecessary identity documents.
We will review the report, verify relevant records, and may block a request, remove content under our control, restrict features, or suspend or close an account. Urgent child-safety and intimate-image reports receive priority. A report is not a promise of continuous monitoring or a staffed review queue.
If you believe a restriction was mistaken, email the same address with the reference and your explanation. We will review the available information and communicate the outcome.
Output limitations and updates
AI output may change a character's appearance, motion, scene, or sound, or fail to match a reference. Review results before sharing. We do not guarantee exact recreation or unrestricted commercial rights; use also depends on source rights and provider conditions. Features may change or be unavailable during development.
